FDM Education Conference 2011 - Vendor Information

Reach these goals by being a 2011 FDM Conference Sponsor on Sunday, October 16, 2011. Vendors will have the opportunity to mingle with up to 100 public safety decision makers from 7:00 - 9:00 pm in the Salon Pommard at The Sutton Place Hotel.

All vendors and sponsors will receive:

  • Wine & Cheese Reception for two Vendor Representatives
  • Exclusive trade show access and one-on-one time with customers
  • 15 minute presentation time slot (limited to six vendors on a “first come first served basis”)
  • Prominent display in conference collateral and signage
  • Company logo and description in conference training materials and on web site
  • One-page flyer or one promotional item in registration packet (sponsor is responsible for producing the item; a minimum of 150 pieces is required)

Vendor and event sponsorships are approved on a first-come, first-served basis, so make sure to book early! After registering online, please mail a printout of the confirmation page and your check in the amount of $980 to:
