FDM Asset Management Module

FDM’s Asset Management Module (AM) is a fully customizable module that automates your agency's business processes so you can efficiently manage your agency’s inventory and keep track of assets, from purchase through retirement.

You can create manufacturer and product lists, purchase and requisition orders. You can view the history of an assets and spot usage trends, as well as track purchases and internal shipment transfers, manage asset locations and responsibility assignments.

AM dynamically tracks inventory stock levels, giving you quick access to what is available and what needs to be stocked. FDM works with selected barcode devices for more efficient inventory control. In addition, incorporated logging tools enable users to efficiently track assets, service requests and reporting histories.

The AM module is closely integrated with the Preventative Maintenance (PM) module. Trackable assets can be scheduled for routine preventative maintenance in the PM module without the need for duplicate data entry.

It also fully integrated with FDM’s Stations, Apparatus and Personnel tables for complete information flow and a single-point of entry for all asset related information.
