FDM provides comprehensive support during and post system implementation. We do not tier our support plans but offer the same high quality service and support to every client current with their annual support and maintenance agreement.

FDM’s ongoing support is considered the best in the industry. We choose not to use voice-mail. All calls are answered by a live person in our head office in North Vancouver, BC and directed appropriately. End users call their FDM Administrator to report a system issue and after hours by calling our 1-800 number or emailing our Support Desk.

FDM’s approach to support and service is based on partnership. We see clients’ success as our own and feel the expertise they bring to our product and their business operations is key to the success of FDM’s entire product line.

Since quarterly upgrades are available, future software releases are guaranteed compatible. All support staff are experienced in network and workstation applications and are highly proficient in FDM product installations across a wide range of system environments. Because of FDM’s system configurability, the Client Services team is expert in supporting a number of database structures.
