FDM's Member's Only Site gives FDM clients access to the Download Center for product information & documentation, the eLearning Center, the FDM Software User Forum, the FDM Report Builder Library, FDM WebHelp and other helpful information.
FDM Support Services
In addition to FDM’s implementation services, project management, data conversion and client training, technical support services include:
- One point of contact from qualified dedicated Client Service staff to assist with troubleshooting, configuration, report building, testing, special features and basic database issues
- Access to the FDM Members-only website in addition to access to the secure FTP site for document and basic information exchange
- Access up-to-date documentation
