Training You to Get the Most Out of FDM

FDM offers several different types of training to meet your needs throughout the life of using our product. Each course is designed around the tasks and skills needed for each specific type of user. FDM Administrator and Train-the-Trainer training courses are offered as part of the project implementation and are delivered at your agency's training facilities.

FDM provides a balanced partnership where we train and guide you through implementation to facilitate a lasting knowledge transfer. This is a result of a phased system roll-out, paired with training programs delivered at key points in the implementation cycle.

FDM also has a regular course offering through FDM College at our Head Office.

FDM Trainers

FDM trainers come from a variety of backgrounds and areas of expertise. They bring their passion for customer service and experience in technology-based instruction to their training courses. Instructors also receive extensive training in installing, configuring and troubleshooting FDM systems.
