FDM ezScript

FDM’s R&D group collaborates with other teams and FDM users to continually evolve FDM enterprise solutions with new features and functionality. Ongoing product enhancements/upgrades are offered at no additional charge to clients who are current with their Annual Support and Maintenance Contract.

When FDM releases a new version of software, or a service release for an existing version, we provide XML scripts that clients must run against their database using FDM ezScript.

FDM ezScript simplifies script management and performs the following functions:

• Ensures that users run upgrade scripts against the database in the correct sequence
• Allows custom scripts to be included in the upgrade
• Provides notifications when issues occur
• Ensures data accuracy by completing a full database validation following upgrades
• Logs all upgrade activity
