CAD MAPPING

BASED ON INDUSTRY STANDARD GIS TECHNOLOGY, CAD MAPPING PUTS YOUR DATA TO WORK FOR YOU IN POWERFUL WAYS.

The FDM Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) product is fully integrated with  GIS Technology. FDM CAD uses mapping data to geo-validate addresses, locate incidents, graphically display apparatus, locate properties with dangerous goods and to mark hydrant locations, landmarks and other features.

Mapping in CAD is also used  to identify response areas. In addition, it can also be used to map the best route to an incident or to create a case based on X, Y coordinates or longitude/latitude (for example, if an incident occurs at a location without an address). This allows clients to customize routing information to reflect predictable traffic congestion and other impedance factors to find the best route to the destination.
