January 7, 2008 - The City of Saskatoon officially launched its enhanced Fire and
Rescue Dispatch service provided by FDM Software Ltd., North America’s leading
developer of public safety software. Fully integrated with FDM’s Records Management System (RMS),
the new dispatch system uses the company’s Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) software to provide
improved emergency response services to City residents.
“The new system greatly improves our fire/rescue dispatch capabilities and gives our dispatchers many
new and innovative tools that allow them to be more effective and efficient. The new system also enhances
overall public safety by ensuring responders are dispatched faster and with more accurate information,”
said Brian Bentley, Fire Chief and General Manager of Saskatoon Fire & Protective Services. “We are proud
to implement this technology, as we know it will both quickly pinpoint the location of an emergency and
immediately provide accurate incident information needed by responding fire personnel.”

August 17, 2007 - FDM Software CEO Paulin Laberge announced the appointment of Greg Cooke-Dallin
as Vice President Marketing and Sales, responsible for developing and guiding the company’s sales
strategy and activities, as well as overseeing all marketing activities for FDM’s next-generation
products and services.
“FDM Software is recognized as a North American leader in public safety software solutions and
is highly-regarded for its innovative products and services,” said Paulin Laberge. “Greg’s extensive
technology industry experience will be invaluable in helping us expand our leadership position in
the North American market.”
A graduate of Simon Fraser University, Cooke-Dallin has more than 20 years’ experience in sales,
marketing, business development, strategic planning, and emerging markets. Most recently, Cooke-Dallin
was Director of Corporate Sales with Rogers Wireless, where he oversaw a corporate sales team that
doubled its revenue base and led the strategic execution that moved the company into the wireless data
market.
Previously, he was Director of Product Management for Wireless Data with Telus, where he launched
Canada’s first and most profitable wireless IP data network. Cooke-Dallin was a product management and
marketing communications specialist for Microtel which, at the time, was Canada’s second largest telecom
equipment manufacturer. He began his career at Nortel’s Business Products Division, where he was involved
in the introduction of key telephone systems. Cooke-Dallin has also presented at Cellular Telecommunications
Industry Association conference, one of the largest industry events in North America.

launched its enhanced Fire and Rescue Dispatch service provided by FDM Software
Ltd., North America’s leading developer of public safety software.
The new system uses FDM’s integrated Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Records
Management System (RMS) to provide improved dispatched services to the
residents of the RDFFG and the Cariboo Regional District.

our dispatchers many new and innovative tools that allow them to be more
effective and efficient. The new system also enhances overall public safety in
our region by ensuring responders are dispatched faster and with more accurate
information,” said Art Kaehn, Chair of the Regional District of Fraser-Fort
George. “We are proud to implement this technology, as we know it will both
quickly pinpoint the location of an emergency and immediately provide accurate
incident information needed by responding fire/rescue departments.”
“Geographically, this system is the largest in western Canada and to make a
