FDM is seeking a Software Developer who will participate in the design and development of the next generation of our public safety applications.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 1 to 3 years in a commercial software development environment
- Total mastery of RDMS essential, for example, MS SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle
- Database Design
- Database Programming
- Relational Theory
- Database Debugging
- Database Administration an asset
- Advanced knowledge of Windows
- Strong oral and written communication skills

Junior Software Tester
Development Manager

FDM is seeking a Software Tester who will play a pivotal role in assuring the quality of our life critical software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and executing test plans and test cases
- Reporting defects, risks and issues
- Pairs with developers to ensure timely feedback
- Assists in the configuration and maintenance of the testing environment
- Executes & maintains automatic tests
Key Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Computer Science is preferred.
- 1+ years software quality testing.
- Solid understanding of Software Lifecycle
- Knowledge of database structure and queries (SQL)
- Knowledge of GUI usability testing techniques
- Familiar with automation and performance testing
- Strong oral and written communication skills
