FDM’s Properties Module provides agencies with a central
repository for recording detailed information about every property in
the service area. This Module is the foundation for all Incident, Permit and Inspection data as it stores the premise files for all properties and businesses within the region.
Record detailed property information including owner contact information, occupancies, construction details, preplanning, hydrants and fire suppression system information.
Link all property-related information, including images and preplans.
Record hazardous materials information with links to safety guidelines from the Emergency Response Guidebook.
Create master property records for multiple occupancies.
Integration with your CAD system puts critical info at your fingertips: Property information is automatically integrated with your agency's CAD system so that detailed information on buildings, contacts and on-site hazmats are immediately available to dispatchers.
The existence of pre-incident information is immediately flagged to the dispatcher if an incident is dispatched to a location that has information stored in the database.
Linked NAERG2000 information is also immediately available to system users.
Like all other FDM modules, the Properties Module is customizable, allowing your agency to add fields, image viewers and note editors to any area to track additional information.
FDM's Records Management System (RMS) continues to be the most flexible and well-rounded system that meets our realistic needs. We discovered early on that if you put the effort into better defining your business processes, as well as learn the functionality, FDM RMS lends itself well to quick modifications and easily adapts to changing requirements.
