the service area. This Module is the foundation for all Incident, Permit and Inspection data as it stores the premise files for all properties and businesses within the region.

Integration with your CAD system puts critical info at your fingertips: Property information is automatically integrated with your agency's CAD system so that detailed information on buildings, contacts and on-site hazmats are immediately available to dispatchers.
The existence of pre-incident information is immediately flagged to the dispatcher if an incident is dispatched to a location that has information stored in the database.
Linked NAERG2000 information is also immediately available to system users.
Like all other FDM modules, the Properties Module is customizable, allowing your agency to add fields, image viewers and note editors to any area to track additional information.
