FDM telephone support is available 6:00-4:30 Monday to Friday PST (except holidays). Outside of these hours, personnel are available by pager with a guaranteed 2-hour response time.

All Client Services (CS) staff are customer-centered individuals who take pride in the services they deliver. The CS team have thorough understanding of network and workstation applications, with extensive experience installing and supporting widely variant database structures. Technical cross-training enables them to respond quickly to client inquiries. Each client site is designated a primary and back-up representative to ensure you receive service continuity . Issues are logged electronically in an internal knowledge base to help us serve you better.
